Subaru Impreza (2025)

“...The difference between owning a Subaru vs other cars in the long run is that you should find a shop that knows Subarus...”

“...No stick also. Naahhhh.... I'd rather put my money into a used vehicle vs. this model...”

“...100K miles CVT fluid change really messes up the reliability of them, a lot of people sell their Subaru for that reason...”

“...Still .. no option for manual transmissions and the CVT is not my favorite...”

“...never got the point of simulated shifts on CVTs. just keep it in the powerband for full HP...”

“...The CVT is not a drivetrain that allows 182 horsepower to flourish...”

“...Needs WRX manual drivetrain in this body...”

“...I wish it had more power...”

“...28K in the present day and age is by no means “Inexpensive” @KBB...”

“...$30k plus taxes on this??? Wow. ... Not worth it...”

“...A lot of cost cutting on Impreza compared to Crosstrek...”

“...Tariffs have made this excellent car too expensive...”

“...Not crazy about grouping all the functions in one giant screen, which means when -- not if -- it has an issue, you'd lose all those functions!...”

“...The lack of physical HVAC controls is perhaps a miss - but not a deal breaker (imo)...”

“...what happens when the screen goes bad? lose access to just about everything. Subaru used to be sensible, going all touch screen is not sensible, it's just plain stupid...”

“...Subaru, lose the stupid all-in-one touchscreen (guaranteed to fail a month after the warranty runs out), go back to real, manual buttons and dials for HVAC, radio, etc...”

“...yes the touch screen is laggy (it really only lags on cold start lmao its like the radio has a cold start of its own)...”

“...The infotainment is painfully laggy. I think it's about the worst one in the car industry at this point...”

“...that infotainment screen is terrible (visually)...”

“...The only complaint is that I wish that all of the climate controls & X-Mode were physical knobs and buttons...”

“...My only negative is the ride height fellas, from the factory this car feels way lower to the ground then what you think...”

“...The low clearance is real and somewhat at odds with AWD when you really need it but other than some scrapes it's been ok as long as you are aware of that lower clearance...”

“...If you’re around the Finger Lakes, Buffalo, or Adirondacks, I’d look at a Forester or Outback for the added ground clearance...”

“...from my research it’s about an inch lower than my current Ford Focus...”

“...The only thing I don’t love is how much space in the windshield the eyesight cameras take up...”
