- Account & Contact Information: When you register or contact us, we receive your email address, name, and related inquiry details.
- Technical Log Data: Standard server logs record IP addresses, browser types, timestamps, and page interactions to diagnose performance and safeguard infrastructure.
2. How We Use Information
- Deliver instant AI sentiment analysis and Smart Buyer's Guides.
- Maintain user authentication sessions and quota management.
- Detect and mitigate algorithmic misuse or unauthorized access.
- Process secure payments via LemonSqueezy (our Merchant of Record).
3. Public Reviews and Data Storage Policy
We do not persist full raw user reviews in our local databases. We only extract and quote brief snippets for fair-use evaluation, with direct links back to original public sources (e.g. YouTube, Reddit, forums). All Rescoria Indexes are generated by automated algorithms and do not represent editorial endorsements.
4. Security & Encryption
We enforce industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption, tokenized authentication via Supabase, and isolated backend services. No personal information is ever sold or rented to third-party advertisers.
