Last Updated: August 3, 2026
Welcome to Rescoria. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this site, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily view the materials (information or software) on Rescoria's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials.
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial).
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Rescoria's website.
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
3. Disclaimer & Automatic AI Scores
The materials on Rescoria's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Rescoria makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
- Automatic Score Generation: The Rescoria Index and individual sentiment scores are automatically generated from random public reviews using AI algorithms. They do not represent the orientation, opinion, or editorial stance of Rescoria or its owners.
- Comment Storage Policy: We do not store complete comments in our databases. We only extract and quote brief snippets for the purpose of sentiment evaluation and always credit and link directly to the original public source.
- Error Reporting & Takedown Requests: Because our scoring is automated, the AI may occasionally misinterpret nuance, sarcasm, or complex context within a review. If you represent a featured entity and believe an automated score is the result of a material algorithmic error, or if you are the original publisher of a quoted snippet and wish to request its removal, please contact us at [email protected]. We review all inquiries on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to adjust, re-evaluate, or remove content at our sole discretion.
